sent by priority mail and take 7 - 10 days. Please enter

Shipping Information:
Your order is shipped discreetly with no reference to
"Lingerie" or the products ordered on the outside of the
packaging.
We ship to the all 50 States, Mexico, and Canada and most
other countries. Shipping
and delivery days are Monday through Saturday, except
holidays. We do our best to make sure our customers receive
their orders quickly. All our lingerie orders are
shipped using Fed Ex.
Returns & Exchanges:
Customer satisfaction is our #1 Goal. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or
exchange your item within 14 days from the date you receive
it.
By law we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for
intimate wear-bathing suits, thongs, g-strings, costumes,
teddies, babydolls.
By law we cannot accept returns or exchanges on washed,
worn, or soiled items.
All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. You must
contact us first for a verification number at Customer
Support.
1. Include original receipt of return item with package.
2. Merchandise is unworn, unused and unwashed, in original
condition with tags attached and all original packaging
intact. This includes all accessories provided by the
manufacturer.
3. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
Once our warehouse receives the return merchandise, we will
issue a refund within 5 business days to the original credit
card used for purchasing.
